Are you facing challenges and want to get back to the life you want? I can help you learn new skills to overcome depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, ADHD, behavioral problems, obsessive compulsive disorder, or family conflict. Together, we will build on your strengths to help you or your child achieve the goals we set in therapy, whether that is overcoming anxiety or depression, building better relationships, or achieving peace with negative events in life.

Tyler Byrd, LMHP

Omaha Family Counseling Place LLC

It is our perception that creates our reality. Therapy allows individuals the unique opportunity to explore their perceptions within daily life. I believe connecting the mind to positive thinking, understanding emotions, and gaining self-awareness assists youth in developing healthy coping strategies. I focus the majority of my practice in offering a warm, comfortable environment for youth and adolescents to achieve these three attributes.

“You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.” When life seems overwhelming, sometimes the hardest part is just getting started. Working with an experienced and dedicated therapist can enhance your quality of life and provide a foundation for positive growth in all areas of life.

Jina Wright, PLMHP

I enjoy working with and helping children and adolescents overcome the negative effects of traumatic or stressful life events such as: bullying, childhood abuse and/or neglect, family or parental conflict, divorce or loss of a loved one.
